THE PROPERTY

About this property.

John Taylor presents this spectacular apartment, distinguished by the quality and attention to detail of its renovation, as well as the generous number of bedrooms and living areas it offers. Occupying the entire floor of the building, it enjoys a double east–west orientation.

We enter the property through the spacious foyer, which features a sitting area, cloakroom, and a beautiful guest powder room adorned with a Maumejean stained-glass window. From here, we reach the social area, consisting of a living room with fireplace and an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and centered around a large island that connects seamlessly with the dining table. In this wing of the home lies the master suite, set apart from the rest of the bedrooms for greater privacy. Adjoining it is a gym, which can easily be converted into an office or walk-in closet.

The sleeping area comprises no fewer than five additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, windows, and study space. One of them overlooks a quiet landscaped courtyard with charming views. The same courtyard is also visible from the office—equipped with a large screen for videoconferencing—and from the family room, which features a hidden projector. Another of the bedrooms has an independent entrance, making it ideal for staff or guests. A separate laundry room, with three washing machines and three dryers, completes the layout.

The building has a doorman and the property includes a storage room.

Without a doubt, this is a superb family residence, renovated to the highest standards with bespoke, top-quality materials, located in one of the most desirable areas of the Salamanca district.
